RETURNS or REFUND
If you are not satisfied with your contact lenses or any other product purchased from our website, and they have not been tampered with, remain UNOPENED and can be used for resale you may return them within 21 days of receiving the goods.
Special Contact lenses & Vouchers are non-returnable.
We will exchange them or issue a refund to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
We are not responsible for any delivery/shipping return costs when items are returned. If you are shipping a valuable item please use a trackable service or purchase shipping insurance as Optika will not take responsibility for any lost items.
