The Role:

• Welcome and greet customers
• Schedule clinic appointments
• Guide customers to choose the right eye wear and optical lenses to suit their needs and wants
• Help customers select the right eye care products such as contact lenses, contact lens solutions and eye wear accessories
• Interpreting optical prescriptions
• Provide exceptional customer service, caring for the customer through every step of their journey
• Adjustments and repairs
• Dealing with customer queries and issues with a positive approach
• Communicate via email with suppliers, customers and the team
• Receive training provided by Optika Opticians
